Many first time buyers and people looking to move up to a larger home should take advantage of today’s buyers market. Today’s market answers the question of supply and demand. When the supply is high the demand is generally low, but when the supply is low the demand is generally high. Right now the supply is high and the demand is low…..meaning you are going to get a great buy right now. If you miss today’s opportunity you will most likely regret it tomorrow.
